A competing company told us we needed to buy a completely new HVAC system ($4400). Tim & his service guys came out and told us that was definitely not what was going and it just needed to be cleaned out really well. Thank you for being an honest company and not just wanting to make a sale off people. You saved us a whole lot of money!

New Rheem split system heat pump installed today. Thornton’s was on time…didn’t leave till the job was finished and cleaned up. I thought the price was very fair and exactly as quoted, and the work was top notch…and they left no mess…all cleaned up. Great job…highly recommended.

I cant say any better than EXCELLENT if i could give them more stars i would. We had been without heat for 3 weeks dealing with a horrible HVAC company through our home warranty company. They made 4 service calls and replaced several parts but wouldnt take the time to diagnose the problem. After 3 weeks of a nightmare dealing with a terrible company. Thortons was able to come out the very next day and took the time to REALLY service the unit and the tech Daniel was awesome he explained everything he was doing and took the time to listen to what i was trying to tell him the system was doing and what the other company was not doing. Needless to say Daniel was able to figure out that the whole problem was a simple fix that the other company has rushed through and not found. He didn’t need any parts and i only had to pay a service call. Am so thankful for what they did for me and my family.

I have done business them for seven years. They have installed new units and maintained several other units. Thornton’s have given me great customer service at a fair price. I always recommend them to my family and friends, and they have been pleased with the service they received. Truly 5 Star!
