What To Expect When It’s Time For A New HVAC Unit

During the life of your home or business, your heating and air conditioning unit will eventually need to be replaced. Many units can last 15-20 years but when it’s time to replace, we like to educate our customers on what they can expect.

The Call. Often customers will call us when their HVAC unit isn’t working correctly for a repair call. While our technicians will do everything possible to get your unit back up and running, often with an older unit it may be more cost effective to replace it. Or, if you simply suspect that it’s time to replace your current unit, give us a call and we’re happy to offer a free estimate on a new system.

The Meeting. Our technicians meet with every new installation customer, reviewing your current layout, duct work, size of your home and existing unit. After a full evaluation we will discuss your options, pricing, and the type of unit that we would recommend including warranties and answering any questions that you may have.

Financing. We understand that a HVAC unit is a large investment for your home or business. We are happy to discuss payment and financing options with you. We want to make your buying process as seamless as possible.

The Installation. Once you have agreed upon a unit and discussed payment options, we will set up a time to install your new system. In most cases a new unit can be installed the same week or sooner. Our office manager, Morgan, will work with you to find a time for our installation team to come out and begin the process. Once our technicians arrive at your predetermined time, the work begins and normally you’ll have cool or warm air blowing in your space the same day.
