Our residential and commercial maintenance agreements can save you money for years to come. These prepaid agreements provide an extensive preventative maintenance schedule performed twice a year. The pre-paid agreement includes semi-annual maintenance including:
Cooling and Heating Season:
- Inspecting all electrical parts for wear
- Cleaning condenser coil
- Tightening all electrical connections
- Inspecting all cabinet parts
- Cleaning out condensate lines
- Checking voltage and capacitor performance
- Clean evaporator coil if required
- Performance Check
- Checking Freon level on heat pumps
- Inspecting vents (gas fired heating systems only)
- Inspecting burners (gas fired heating systems only)
- Inspecting pilot assembly (gas fired heating systems only)
- Inspecting nozzle and electrodes (oil fired system only)
- Replacing Oil filter (oil fired systems only)
If any components on a system are found to be worn or detrimental to future operation, these parts can be replaced at the time of the maintenance. These parts are an additional expense above the maintenance agreement. The time allotted in the maintenance agreement is for maintenance only and excludes finding system non-operational, main refrigeration & heating components failed, blower, motors, metering devices, reversing valves, heat exchangers, and control boards in failed state. No parts will be replaced without approval by homeowner. Billing for replaced parts is provided at time of maintenance visit.
