Who is Thornton’s Heating & Air?
Thornton’s Heating & Air is a privately held company located in Graham, North Carolina. For over 50 years we’ve been serving residential and commercial customers throughout the triad including Alamance, Guilford, Forsyth, Orange, Durham, Rockingham, and Caswell counties. Our company is a family-owned business that has been handed down from generation to generation. At Thorntons, we are looking for relationships to obtain lifetime customers, not just “one and done”. Thornton’s has and always will go to great lengths to ensure our customers are satisfied with our service.
The Current President of Thornton’s Heating & Air, Aaron Graff, has 40+ years of hands-on residential, commercial and industrial HVAC experience. This consists of residential design layout, installation and service, conformance testing for manufacturers of A/C equipment, designing and installing equipment. Some of Aaron’s experience includes designing and installing equipment for projects including:
- preserving the original Constitution of the United States at the library of congress
- maintaining and designing custom cooling systems for IT Data centers across North America
- cooling electronic systems for NASA before rockets launch
- working with all branches of the US military on custom systems designed to operate anywhere in the world, as well as all government agencies
To further back up our knowledge, Tim Thornton, VP of Sales, has over 40+ years with HVAC experience in this very region. He can design, diagnose, install and provide solutions for any scenario provided to him. Tim managed Thorntons for 21 years after it was handed down by his father, Frank Thornton. He is well known in the community and served honorably for four years active and 2-year reserves in the US Marine Corp. As our customers know, Tim is an exceptional person who is very determined to create the correct path and options for our customers.
